John Condon

Owner / Founder

John grew up in the print industry and has been involved since childhood in the family print business. John spent four years at the University of Florida studying art, advertising and creative thinking. He quickly rose to the position of art director for one of the biggest studios in Chicago before co-founding Condon Randis Inc. His goal in approaching any project is simply: Make It Work.

Ron Randis

Owner / Founder

A native of the great state of Michigan, Ron moved to the Chicago area at age 15 and has lived here ever since. He graduated from the University of Illinois, Champaign Urbana, where he became interested in the developing area of computer graphics. After graduating, Ron worked in the areas of photography and design before co-founding Condon Randis, Inc. In his spare time, Ron continues to photograph, draw, paint and carve in wood.

Catey Condon

Company Manager

Catey is a digital native, able to bridge the gap between the web and print to maximize campaign efficacy. This also includes being able to translate ideas to tangible presence with their in-store merchandising skills and abilities to provide top notch customer service. Self directed and driven, Catey is always looking for new things to learn. Catey also manages to read an average of 60 books a year!

Rory Barton

Project Manager 

Rory studied English Literature and Media Production at Montana State University. Before managing the varied media projects that come his way at Condon Randis, he successfully contributed to high profile training and communication initiatives in IT for a major university. Rory is the preeminent James Joyce scholar in his household and probably on his block. When not attempting to contain his little ones, he enjoys sharing his passion for craft (and crafting really good) beers.

AJ Powills

Senior Art Director

Born and raised in the near suburbs of Chicago, AJ has always had his hands on something, trying to figure out how it worked. He double-majored at Bradley University, earning his degrees in graphic design and sculpture. AJ has always been interested in advertising and print, as well as 3-dimensional and animation design. In his spare time, AJ enjoys playing and watching hockey (Go Hawks!), being a father of 2 kids, sculptural art and a great laugh.

Rob Sexton

Art Director

Rob originally hails from Michigan, but has fallen hard for the city of his dreams in Chicago. He has trained at the International Academy of Design & Technology where he honed his distinct style of freehand drawing and finely tuned digital graphic process. Fearless at trying new things, Rob has been known to bust out a lasagne for a pot luck, or paddle the Chicago River on a whim. He'll talk your ear off about pop culture or whether it should be spelled "lasagne" or "lasagna."

Pamela Minch

Art Director

A native Chicagoan, Pam has over 30 yrs experience in the design industry, specializing in POS and packaging design. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Art Institute of Chicago. While there, she studied graphic design and communication, scientific illustration and photography. She is equally at ease doing design, layout, photo retouching, production and illustration. Pam is a gardener, bird watcher and animal lover. She’s also obsessed with old houses.

Joe Condon

Art Director

Joe's experience for the past 25 years has been self-directed and self-motivated. He has worked in all aspects of Design and Production. This gives him a greater insight to whatever role he is assuming. He loves working as part of a team and has a lot to offer all along the way. Joe enjoys pursuing additional training and seeking out opportunities that challenge him. Specialties include but are not limited to: 3D illustration, Technical Illustration, Product Design, Production Art
